Furniture Sales Account Manager
All Wisconsin Markets

Complete Office/EBI is a locally owned and operated independent office supply and furniture distributor.   Since 1975 we have been satisfying the needs of businesses in Wisconsin and beyond.  We are the largest independent distributor of business products and reseller of furniture in the state with our headquarters and primary distribution center located in Germantown. We also have offices and distribution facilities in Madison, Wausau, Appleton, Sheboygan and La Crosse which provides next day delivery service throughout Wisconsin and beyond.
 
 
Reporting to the Furniture Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Prospect in the local marketplace for new furniture opportunities
  • Qualify customers to identify their needs with respect to furniture products
  • Develop account plans for existing accounts that maximize penetration and retention
  • Maintain a network of contacts for furniture project leads
  • Nurture a strong relationship with 3 to 4 design firms active in contract furniture
  • Manage the day to day relationship with existing clients and provide knowledgeable advice about furniture products
  • Provide excellent customer service during and after the sale
  • Meet sales objectives and goals as established by the company
 
Expectations:
  • Previous B2B office furniture selling experience preferred
  • Prior experience in office furniture industry, general knowledge of systems furniture, distribution and various influencers in the market
  • Self-starter, interested in maximizing results
  • Excellent selling, customer service and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates proficiency in time management
  • Must be computer literate (MS Office)
  • Must be detail and accuracy oriented
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates analytical, negotiating, and problem solving skills
  • Focus on continued learning and excellence
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
