How do you inspire\, motivate and reward with limited resources? What are aspirational vs realistic expectations for pay.  This includes a review and critique of typical compensation programs - with what tends to work   and what doesn't.  The goal of this session is to stimulate creative thinking to overcome common challenges\, leverage tips and techniques for maximizing the effectiveness of your labor budget\,  and identify common pitfalls to avoid. \n\n \n\nAbout the Speaker:\n\nJeff Mathis is currently the owner and President of Aptiva Therapy\, a regional healthcare company operating in llinois\, Kansas and Missouri.  Prior to that\, he has served as Global Chief Administrative Officer and CHRO for a leading fin-tech company (GETCO)\, Senior Vice President of Retail Brokerage and Vice President of Human Resoruces at Charles Schwab and Director of Executive Compensation at Marriott International.  He started his career with the Walt Disney Company. He has been a board member and consultant to firms in financial services\, engineering\, education and software industries.
