\nJarod Coyer (he/him) is a Recruitment Consultant at The QTI Group. He has experience in industrial and administrative staffing as well as recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). Jarod started his career in education\, then made the switch to human resources in 2019. Jarod is passionate about equity in the workplace and is a member of QTI&rsquo\;s diversity\, equity\, and inclusion (DEI) committee where he facilitates workshops with coworkers to help decrease bias\, increase understanding\, and create a more inclusive workplace for everyone. Jarod is dedicated to creating a fair\, transparent\, and enjoyable candidate experience where all feel welcomed\, considered\, and respected. Jarod graduated from UW-Madison where he studied Spanish and leadership.

\nNicki McCurdy (she/her) is a Senior Recruiting Consultant for The QTI Group&rsquo\;s Executive &\; Professional Search division. She partners with organizations on strategic and immediate executive and professional hiring needs. Nicki has over 23 years of experience in human resources\, including experience as an HR Generalist and Corporate Recruiter before joining The QTI Group in 2006. Her prior industry experience includes education\, software technology start-up\, high tech manufacturing\, insurance\, and financial services. Nicki leverages her HR experience to take a consultative approach in effectively partnering with organizations to recruit and hire top talent. Nicki graduated from Coe College in Cedar Rapids\, Iowa\, with a Bachelor of Business Administration and holds the PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
