In this session\, Deborah Biddle will define unconscious bias and discuss how it impacts decision-making\, business environments and work relationships. LOCATION:Serendipity Labs 525 Junction Road\, Suite 6500 South Tower Serendipity Labs is located in the TDS/Johnson Financial Building. The two towers do not connect inside. You can park in the parking ramp behind the building. As you enter the building from the ramp\, take the elevators up to the 6th floor - Serendipity Labs has that entire floor. Parking in the surface lot at 515 is reserved for visitors to that building. If you do park there\, you will want to head in the Johnson Financial Group tower to the right. Once you go through the door\, you'll head to the back of the first floor where there is a set of elevators. Take those elevators up to the 6th floor.
