Event Description:

How much does a ‘wrong hire’ cost you?......
And What Can Be Done About It

Presented By: Laura Mael, Pareto’s Talent, a division of Lift Consulting

How much does a bad hire cost your organization? The U.S. Department of Labor estimates that on average a bad hire costs an organization at least 30% of the employee’s first-year earnings. In today’s world, you simply can’t afford to make bad hiring decisions. In this talk, attendees will learn how to effectively outline job roles, use assessments to screen candidates in advance, and implement experiential interview techniques to test employees’ on-the-job skills more effectively. Stop writing off hiring mistakes all together!

As an additional bonus, we’ll briefly discuss how COVID-19 has and will continue to impact the hiring process.
