About the Speakers: 
Nicole L. Gralapp, CPA, CExP
Nicole is a Principal with SVA Certified Public Accountants, S.C., with expertise in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Nicole performs a variety of tax, assurance and business consulting functions for clients. As a member of SVA’s Business Advisory Services group, Nicole uses her knowledge of auditing and financial accounting to help strengthen accounting and internal control functions in organizations. Nicole is a member of The BEI Network of Exit Planning Professionals™ and has earned the designation of a BEI Certified Exit Planner (CExP™). Nicole is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Tim O'Brien, MBA, CFA
Tim is a Principal and the Director of Research for SVA Wealth Management. Tim also serves on the firm’s Investment Advisory Committee. In his role as Portfolio Manager, Tim works with individual and business clients to establish their financial goals and objective. He then creates and manages portfolios to meet those goals. Tim is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and an Investment Adviser Representative.
