About the Speaker:
Kurt Paulsen is a professor of urban planning at UW Madison where he teaches and researches on housing policy, affordable housing, land use, and municipal finance. He is the author of the 2019 report “Falling Behind” from the Wisconsin Realtors Association which examined the shortfall of workforce housing in Wisconsin.
