The 7 Must-Haves to Optimize Productivity and Engagement of a Remote Workforce
Presented By: Summer Rector, The QTI Group

Hear from our speaker in this short VIDEO

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, only 3.6% of the U.S. workforce worked remotely half-time or more. Now, it is estimated that 49% of employees are working remotely.  To succeed in this new world of work, employers need actionable strategies to ensure that while employees are physically distanced, they are still connected, engaged, and productive in their work. In this webinar, we will share seven must-haves for optimizing remote work and maximizing employee engagement and productivity.
