This session will cover how to identify your customer's Voice\, and which social mediums are appropriate (or not appropriate) for your business. \n\n\n\n\n\nAbout the Speaker: \n\nSteve is a full time Marketing Professor with Madison College where he specializes in Digital and New Media. He also has extensive experience in the business world through consulting and other projects\, as well as over 15 years of industry work before switching to teaching. No stranger to technology\, Steve is also an accomplished photographer and theatre director. He has served on the board of several not-for-profits and continues to help small local organizations with digital marketing. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and a Master's Degree in Business Marketing.
