Learn How to Support People Reentering Community After Incarceration
JustDane is excited to be offering a Reentry Simulation for the Community. Thanks for a generous sponsor, this event is free to community members who would like to gain a better understanding of the difficulties people face as they reenter the community after incarceration. Through role-play in the Reentry Simulation, participants will gain a better understanding of the hurdles people in reentry face on a daily basis, including discrimination.
Reentry Simulation is on December 7th, 2023
6:00 to 9:00pm at Christ Presbyterian Church in Madison, WI.

JustDane's Reentry Simulation gives participants an "UP CLOSE" glimpse of what it's like to come home from prison. Sign up to walk in a justice impacted person's shoes! The goal of the Reentry Simulation is to educate the public on the barriers and hardships that folks who are reentering the community after incarceration experience. Participants will leave with open eyes, more understanding of restorative justice, and an opportunity to advocate for folks in your own community!
