  • Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees
  • Greet and Direct visitors and vendors, answer and direct phone calls
  • Sort and Distribute Mail and packages
  • Organize and schedule appointments 
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms 
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Develop and maintain a filing system - Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory of supplies 
  • Maintain contact lists; act as the point of contact for internal and external clients 
Job Requirements
  • Some office experience/knowledge of Office Environment and procedures preferred
  • Knowledgeable computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, etc. 
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines - Knowledge of filing and data entry
  • Phone skills and customer service experience 
  • Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and social skills 
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
