Staging & Design Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Staging & Design Coordinator. This person has strong computer skills, is highly organized, has the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and is customer focused. The ideal candidate can work alone as well as with people.


  • Treat every staging inquiry with a sense of urgency
  • Communicate with potential clients and delegate work to stager/designer/handyworker
  • Communicate with realtors and homeowners on job status – before, during and after staging/design
  • Prepare Staging Proposals in a timely manner from information provided by stagers/designers
  • Coordinate the delivery and removal of furnishings
  • Invoice customers for work completed and outstanding invoices; reconcile income between IVY and bank account monthly to ensure payments were received
  • Ensure Consultation Summaries are provided to clients in a timely manner (48 hours from time of consultation)
  • Format Consultation Summaries from information provided by stagers/designers
  • Follow “Staging/Design Job Process” for every job
  • Keep Google Calendar up to date and accurate
  • Create Action Registers and Running Tabs for jobs that require a higher level of tracking
  • Audit jobs upon completion
  • Audit staging files (When jobs are complete and paid, file hardcopy folders and electronic folders by year)
  • Copy receipts of purchases for jobs and file them; getting originals to accounting in a timely manner; enter receipt expenses in IVY
  • Copy checks for payment for job folders
  • Make weekly bank deposits (taken to bank by others)
  • Ensure job photos are uploaded to Drop Box
  • Notify TCH Media specialist when a new staging is done (for marketing purposes)
  • File completed jobs, hardcopy and electronically
  • Procure staging and design inventory when requested or required
  • Ensure petty cash balances
  • Keep the Weekly Update sheet current and accurate
  • Keep Staging Drop Box files current and organized
  • Schedule and participate in regular Staging Meetings
  • Other responsibilities as requested or required
Mover/Delivery Dispatch
  • Coordinate all TCH Deliveries and Pickups for the Retail store daily
  • Coordinate all Staging & Design Deliveries and Pickups daily
  • Communicate with movers on a daily basis
  • Schedule Contract movers if our movers are not available
  • Proven experience in a coordinating position
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent typing and spelling skills
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Products and Google Calendar
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of homes, styles, furniture eras and furnishings
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology helpful
  • Well-organized and reliable
  • High school diploma; Degree in design or relevant field
  • Must have reliable transportation
Job Type:        Part Time or Full Time
Pay:                 $16.00 - $20.00 per hour – based on experience
