Job Purpose

We are actively seeking a Customer Service Coordinator.  The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and ensuring all customer requirements and needs are met. Manage projects from conception through completion. Serve as the main point of contact between the customer and the production team. This position also serves as a production scheduler.

What we expect of you:

  • Serves as the primary internal representative of the organization.

  • Work with the production team to schedule jobs and make sure all supplies and materials are ordered or in-house for job completion.

  • Convey a sense of expertise in products, services, and capabilities to the customer and serve as an external key educator to our community and customers.

  • Communicate customer requirements to the support team following company policies and procedures.

  • Confer with customers by telephone, email, or in-person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.

  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.

  • Solicit sales of new or additional services or products to both new and existing customers.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Scheduling, organization, and decision-making skills are a must

  • Able to work independently, be motivated, and a self-starter.

  • Flexibility is a must.

  • Knowledge of the English language structure and content, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

  • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

  • Ability to speak to others to convey information effectively.

  • Desire to look for ways to help people.

  • Ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.

  • Critical Thinking skills using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
