As a new Bank Manager at One Community Bank, you can expect a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where no two days are the same. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing office operations, coaching and developing staff, managing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. You'll have the opportunity to lead by example, drive sales initiatives, and foster a client-focused culture within the branch. Your schedule will be aligned with typical bank hours, including Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to noon.

To excel as a Bank Manager at One Community Bank, you'll need a diverse set of skills and experiences. Strong organization skills are a must, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail. Your interpersonal skills will be vital as you solve client questions and concerns with empathy and collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of supervisory experience, as well as cash handling experience. Additionally, having or being able to obtain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number is essential for this role. Excellent problem-solving abilities, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, will be key to success in this position.
