Position Summary: This position has the primary responsibility of supporting the district’s strategy map to generate talent sources and assist in retaining valuable employees focusing on the district’s goals to improve employee retention and staff diversification to match our student demographics. This position partners closely with hiring supervisors and administration. Additionally, this position has responsibility for personnel specialist functions within the Employee Services Department including but not limited to; wage/salary placement, employee handbook; and certification/licensure.
