Dave Martin Joins One Community Bank Advisory Board
(March 2023) – One Community Bank is proud to welcome Dave Martin, President and CEO of Ideal Builders, to the One Community Bank Advisory Board.

“I am excited to welcome and work with Dave on the One Community Bank Advisory Board. His business background and leadership experience will be valuable as we support the growth of One Community Bank,” said Jim Walker, Advisory Board Independent Chair.

Dave has over 25 years of experience working in the construction industry. He is passionate about his work and his company, for him there is nothing more rewarding than construction. He began his career as an Apprentice Carpenter in Charleston, South Carolina. After relocating to Madison, he moved from the field to the office eventually becoming the President of Ideal Builders.

“I am proud to have the opportunity to serve on the OCB Advisory Board. I am excited to support the OCB leadership team and their initiatives,” said Dave.    

When he’s not at work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and their five children. He also spends his free time drawing, reading, playing with his dog, and designing and building projects in his home shop.
