There’s a lot of talk about generations in the workplace, but far too often that talk is not much more than complaining about the other generation’s supposed faults. Generational differences can be a source of friction, but they are also one of our greatest sources of strength once we learn to understand where they come from and how to leverage them. Just like all other forms of diversity, your workplace teams can benefit and soar once generational differences become something to celebrate and respect.

About the Presenter:
Deborah M. Herman, PhD, PLCC, Pivot Consulting & Coaching, LLC
Before establishing her own coaching and consulting practice, Deborah Herman spent more than 20 years building organizations and developing leaders in the non-profit, labor, and education sectors. She brings a cross-cultural lens to her work based on her background in Spanish translation, teaching, and border studies. She recently completed the University of Wisconsin-Madison's ICF-accredited professional coaching program, and is a licensed DISC assessor. She is passionate about helping organizations and leaders meet 21st century challenges such as multi-generational teams, global shifts, and the 24/7 media world we now live in.
This event is FREE for one Tingalls Graphic Design client to attend and $25 for additional attendees. This event is also open to the public for $25 per seat. Catered lunch is provided.
