Exciting Leadership Announcement:

New Executive Director Named

Dear Middleton Chamber of Commerce Members,

Over the past three months since Kate Miller’s resignation as President/CEO, the Executive Committee of the Middleton Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has worked diligently to find an exceptional leader to guide our Chamber into the future. To ensure a thorough and thoughtful search, we partnered with SustainableHR PEO & Recruiting. We extend our sincere gratitude to Nate Hayner and the entire SustainableHR PEO & Recruiting team for their invaluable expertise and support throughout this process.

The response to the position was remarkable. We received 74 applications from talented individuals, narrowed the field to 10 in-person interviews, and ultimately invited 4 outstanding finalists to interview with our Executive Committee. Our goal was to attract top-tier talent—and we were not disappointed.

It is with great enthusiasm that I share the exciting results of that process. Effective September 15, 2025, Kristen Parent has been named Executive Director of the Middleton Chamber of Commerce.

Kristen has served the Chamber for six years, bringing with her a deep understanding of our operations and a passion for the long-term legacy we strive to build. Throughout the interview process, she shared inspiring ideas and a clear vision for the Chamber’s future. The Executive Committee is confident in Kristen’s ability to build on our current momentum and lead the Chamber in creating meaningful impact for Middleton and our broader community.

Please join me in congratulating and warmly welcoming Kristen as she steps into this important leadership role. We are excited for what lies ahead under her guidance.

Kind regards,

Mike Walters
