Join us for a panel discussion from four expert wellness speakers. Each of them will give you actionable takeaways to create a dynamic healthy life style.

Presenters:
*  Healthy Work Culture - Jared McDaniel, Profile by Stanford
    Jared will cover, how to create a workplace culture - (showing employers the importance of employee     wellness in the workplace), cost savings for implementing wellness initiatives in the workplace - (the     effects wellness has on work productivity and overall savings and profit to the company), and how your     personal health/well being is effected by these - (personal benefits for themselves to improve one's     self). 
 
*  Treating Health Struggles Naturally with CBD -Tim O'Brien, Apple Wellness

    Kane will cover, why willpower fails, even though you have the best intentions to stick with your new     goals, why most resolutions are abandoned by February, how the two-minute rule can help you stick     with your habits for good and simple daily actions you can add into your life today that will stop     the yo-yo dieting once and for all.
