 healthy life style.

Presenters:
*  Healthy Work Culture - Jared McDaniel, Profile by Stanford
Jared will cover, how to create a workplace culture - (showing employers the importance of employee wellness in the workplace), cost savings for implementing wellness initiatives in the workplace - (the effects wellness has on work productivity and overall savings and profit to the company), and how your personal health/wellbeing is effected by these - (personal benefits for themselves to improve one's self). 
*  Building a Strong Foundation of Health -Tim O'Brian, Apple Wellness
Tim will present on "The Foundational Five" that everyone should consider to support, nourish & Cleanse the body. Learn the features of each nutrient (anti-inflammatoreis, antioxidants, multi-vitamins, omega-3 fats and probiatics). Review the multiple health benefits of supplementing witht he Foundational Five (more energy, better sleep, enhance detox and cleansing, decreased stress and more)
*  Using Food to Boost Your Energy - Frances Parker, Radiant Daily Wellbeing
Have you ever felt like your're not going to make it to the end of the day and all you really need is a nap? Francis will provide you with tips on how to get off the energy rollercoaster! You will find out the proper foods to eat, eliminate the energy wasters, and have steady energy all day.
*  Changing Your Habits, Changing Your Life - Kane Sivesind, CORE Health & Fitness
Kane will cover, why willpower fails, even though you have the best intentions to stick with your new goals, why most resolutions are adandoned by February, how the two-minute rule can help you stick with your habits for good and simple daily actions you can add into your life today that will stop the yo-yo diting once and for all.
