On the other side, individuals may also demonstrate too much confrontation in the workplace. How do we find the balance between the two extremes? About the Speaker: Valerie has 17 years of experience in leadership roles within non-profit organizations and higher education institutions. She is an advocate for professional development and lifelong learning. Valerie has her Masters in Workforce Education and Development, with a focus on Adult Learning. She currently serves as the Academic and Admissions Advisor for Upper Iowa University Madison Center.
