Did you know that 87% of the time, strategy fails because people resist change? How much time do you think your team spends on working through (or not) disagreements, communication breakdowns and conflict? What if you could turn that time into productivity and development? And, even better, what would it look like if your team trusted and even liked each other? Too often, when leaders dig under what's holding the team back from performing, it's about challenges arising around communication and conflict. It doesn't have to be that way. The hit to the bottom line of strategy failing 87% of the time is staggering. No organization, big or small, can afford that. A new day requires a new way to think, work and move through rapid change. The pandemic has literally changed forever the way we think and do work. There is no normal out there anymore and every business on the planet is scrambling to learn how to continuously reinvent. So, what does excellence even look like in our new reality? Team Excellence explores how leaders and teams can discover and create a repeatable framework of proven working principles proven to support through rapid change to deliver results quicker, more efficient and with engagement!

We are excited for the opportunity to gather and make connections in-person. We will follow all orders and mandates that are in place by Public Health at the time of this event. For the health and safety of our members and staff, we highly recommend every attendee be vaccinated.
