The State of the Wisconsin Economy: Past Patterns, Current Status, and Future Directions

About the Speaker:
Laura Dresser is a Clinical Associate Professor of Social Work and the Associate Director of the High Road Strategy Center (formerly known as COWS), a UW-Madison think-and-do tank where she has worked for more than three decades. A labor economist, her research and practice have focused on low-wage work, workforce development systems, and the Wisconsin economy. Since 1996, she has been the lead author of the State of Working Wisconsin.
