From November 11th through Thanksgiving weekend, Forage Kitchen has a hearty (and a little indulgent!) Thanksgiving Bowl. All the delicious Thanksgiving things - mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, crispy onions, dried cranberries, topped with green onion and served with your choice of turkey meatball or tofu.
Plot twist! The gravy is not only delicious, it is also vegan AND gluten free. And a pro tip: customize with sweet potatoes, corn, brussels sprouts or pepitas.
