Hi, I’m Gretchen, owner of Ash + Arrow Event Collective and passionate party planner with a heart for creating unforgettable memories.

I grew up in a big family where any excuse to celebrate was embraced—birthdays, holidays, or just time spent together. Those moments left a lasting impression on me, and now, as a mom of two, I know how challenging it can be to plan and host any event, big or small.

That’s why Ash + Arrow exists: to take the stress off your plate and bring the magic to your celebration. Whether it's a cozy birthday slumber party for your kiddo or a romantic anniversary glamping night under the stars in our signature bell tent, we handle everything—from coordination and styling to set-up and take-down.
