For example, Stages 1 and 2 businesses have 1 to 10 and 11 to 19 employees including part time and consultant. Each Stage has 10 dimensions and rules to grow. For example, adding 1 employee to a Stage 1 company will change the 10 dimensions to grow because the company has become a Stage 2 company which has totally different requirements to grow.
