IncredibleBank Welcomes Erik Rajek as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer

WAUSAU, Wis. — IncredibleBank is pleased to announce the addition of Erik Rajek as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, effective June 22. Rajek will report directly to Todd Nagel, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Rajek returns to IncredibleBank with more than 20 years of experience in credit administration, commercial banking, and SBA lending. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking Group Leader at Peoples State Bank. His career has been defined by a commitment to strong credit leadership, relationship-focused banking, and developing high-performing teams.

As Chief Credit Officer, Rajek will oversee IncredibleBank's credit strategy and administration while partnering with business leaders across the organization to support continued growth and sound lending practices.

Rajek and his wife, Erin, have been married for 17 years and have two children, Graeme (12) and Elinor (11), along with three Miniature Schnauzers—Olive, Archie, and Millie. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, cooking, attending concerts, and visiting Disney Parks with his family.
