IncredibleBank Welcomes Erin Jacobson as Middleton Market Manager

MIDDLETON, Wis. – IncredibleBank is pleased to announce Erin Jacobson as Market Manager of its Middleton location. With 25 years of banking experience and a career spanning retail banking, business lending, and cash management, Jacobson brings extensive leadership experience to IncredibleBank’s growing presence in the Madison area.

Jacobson began her banking career as a teller and advanced through roles including personal banker, branch manager, multi-branch leader, business lender, and cash management officer. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, she also spent six years working in the banking industry in Santa Monica, California.

Throughout her career, Jacobson has led branches through periods of growth and transition, built service-focused teams, expanded consumer and business relationships, and developed strong partnerships with local businesses and community organizations.

As Market Manager, Jacobson will lead market strategy, team development, and community engagement for IncredibleBank’s Middleton location. She looks forward to expanding the bank’s presence in the Madison area while supporting a team focused on innovation, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.

Community involvement has been an important part of Jacobson’s career. She has served on Chamber of Commerce boards, held ambassador roles, and supported several nonprofit organizations throughout her career.
Outside of work, Jacobson enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, ages 15 and 17. She enjoys being outdoors and boating and can often be found supporting her children at their sporting events.
