Mission: Workforce Alliance Celebrates First Hire: TSM Nick Johnsen Joins Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 400, Strengthening Wisconsin's Skilled Trades

Mission: Workforce Alliance, a vital program dedicated to addressing Wisconsin's workforce shortage by connecting employers with highly skilled transitioning service members, proudly announces its first successful hire. Transitioning Service Member (TSM) Nick Johnsen has been successfully placed with Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 400, a premier organization serving the pipe trades in Northeast Wisconsin, which engaged with the program through New North.
This landmark placement marks a significant step forward in Mission: Workforce Alliance’s mission to bridge the gap between military service and civilian careers, providing Wisconsin businesses with dedicated, skilled, and adaptable talent.
