Compensation Programs: What works, and what doesn’t!
Tales from the real world of pay.
Presented By: Jeff Mathis
This program reviews compensation in the context of the challenging market place for talent. How do you inspire, motivate and reward with limited resources? What are aspirational vs realistic expectations for pay. This includes a review and critique of typical compensation programs - with what tends to work – and what doesn’t. The goal of this session is to stimulate creative thinking to overcome common challenges, leverage tips and techniques for maximizing the effectiveness of your labor budget, and identify common pitfalls to avoid.
