Nancy Kalsow is a Certified Life and Career Coach (CLC), Certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRP, SHRM-SCP) and has been facilitating, coaching and mentoring individuals and teams for over 30 years. Nancy brings joy and meaning to life. She is dedicated to helping others live in full empowerment and build upon their unique experiences, talents, and desires.
Nancy draws from her deep corporate background and a variety of leadership positions to help companies establish inclusive cultures where individuals and teams achieve the objectives that will drive corporate success and results.
Her signature strategy “Let’s Get R.E.A.L. – Reflect. Engage. Act. Live.” derived from the lessons she learned through her personal experience as she absorbed insight from others who are “in her corner” and took steps to change/grow in order to live intentionally and authentically.
